Thank you for visiting the Youth Insight Platform website (the “Site) and reviewing our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. CAMH is making this Site available to introduce the Youth Insight Platform and its mission, goals, governance, and values.
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”) describe how you can use this Site, and how we we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use this Site.
By using this Site, you agree to the Terms set out below. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with these Terms, and if you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
This Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only, to provide an introduction to and information about the Youth Insight Platform.
The Site may also provide opportunities for visitors to submit comments or questions, or to sign up to participate in user testing of initiatives related to the Youth Insight Platform
This Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and information on this Site is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. No Patient–Provider Relationship
Your use of this Site does not create a patient, client, or other healthcare provider–recipient relationship with CAMH or any of its healthcare professionals.
Please do not submit any personal health information through this Site.
3. User Testing Participation
If you indicate your interest in participating in user testing, your participation will be subject to separate terms or consent materials that will be provided to you before involvement.
Submitting your name or contact information through this Site does not guarantee participation or create any entitlement to compensation.

A) Purpose of this Policy
CAMH is committed to safeguarding personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
This Privacy Policy explains how CAMH collects, uses, and protects personal information through this Site.
B) What Information We Collect
We collect limited personal information in the following ways:
- Information you provide voluntarily — for example, when you submit a question or comment, or sign up to participate in user testing, you may provide your name, email address, or other contact details.
- Automatic information — Squarespace, our website hosting provider, may automatically collect limited technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not request or require you to provide personal health information, and you should not include any such information in your questions or comments.
C) How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information collected through this Site only for the following purposes:
- To respond to your questions or inquiries;
- To review, analyze, and consider your feedback for improving the Site or the Youth Insight Platform;
- To contact you about potential participation in user testing (if you have expressed interest), or other initiatives related to the Youth Insight Platform in which you have expressed interest; and
- To analyze and improve how visitors use our Site through Squarespace’s built-in analytics tools.
We do not use personal information for commercial marketing or advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information to any third party.
